Finn Bálor

Finn Bálor, born Fergal Devitt in Bray, Ireland, built his career on a mix of high-flying athleticism, sharp technical ability, and psychological storytelling. He first made his mark in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) as Prince Devitt, where he became a three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, twice won the Best of the Super Juniors tournament, and co-founded the notorious Bullet Club in 2013. After signing with WWE in 2014 and adopting the name Finn Bálor, he quickly became a cornerstone of NXT, holding the NXT Championship for a then-record reign and introducing fans to his darker alter ego, The Demon, complete with elaborate body paint and theatrical entrances. On the main roster, Bálor made history by becoming the first-ever WWE Universal Champion at SummerSlam 2016 and has since added the Intercontinental, United States, and World Tag Team Championships to his résumé, completing the WWE Grand Slam in 2023. In recent years, he has been central to The Judgment Day, taking over leadership after Edge was ousted and guiding the group to major success alongside Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, and others. Still active today, Bálor continues to evolve his style and maintains his reputation as a skilled in-ring performer while incorporating the mind games and theatrical presence that have been central to his career personas.
