Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca is a highly athletic American wrestler whose style is built around acrobatic offense and a springboard cutter known as the “Sol Snatcher.” She signed with WWE in 2022, moving quickly from NXT Level Up to NXT TV, where her athleticism gained attention and led to a push in the women’s mid‑card and eventually championship scene.​

Through 2023–2025, she became one of NXT’s breakout female stars, winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship and the WWE Women’s Speed Championship and holding both simultaneously, with both reigns recognized as among the longest for those titles.

Her progress has been periodically interrupted by serious knee/leg injuries, including an ACL tear in 2023 and a further leg injury in late 2025, but she has repeatedly returned and remained positioned as an up‑and‑coming star in WWE’s women’s division.
