Sol Ruca is a highly athletic American wrestler whose style is built around acrobatic offense and a springboard cutter known as the “Sol Snatcher.” She signed with WWE in 2022, moving quickly from NXT Level Up to NXT TV, where her athleticism gained attention and led to a push in the women’s mid‑card and eventually championship scene.
