The faction played a major role during the early Attitude Era, often feuding with stables like D-Generation X and dominating much of the midcard scene. Over time, the group shifted from its politically charged roots into a more personality-driven entity, especially as The Rock took control and tensions grew within the group.
Although it eventually disbanded, the Nation of Domination helped advance several careers and reflected the shifting tone of wrestling in the late 1990s, pushing boundaries and creating space for more complex characters on WWE programming.
