The Dogs are a stable made that came into AEW after the trio’s run together in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) as part of Bullet Club War Dogs. In AEW, the name was shortened to The Dogs, separating the group from the Bullet Club name while keeping the same aggressive, hard-hitting identity.
The group became official in March 2026 when David Finlay joined Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors in AEW. The Dogs quickly moved into AEW’s trios division and won the AEW World Trios Championship by defeating Místico, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, and “The Jet” Kevin Knight on AEW Collision. They lost the titles the next night at AEW Dynasty to The Conglomeration, represented by Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and Kyle O’Reilly.
