Braun Strowman and Nicholas

Braun Strowman and Nicholas were a short-lived WWE tag team that was formed at WrestleMania 34 on April 8, 2018. Strowman had earned a Raw Tag Team Championship match against Cesaro and Sheamus but didn’t have a partner. Before the match, he entered the crowd and selected 10-year-old Nicholas Cone, the son of WWE referee John Cone, to team with him.

Strowman competed for nearly the entire match, while Nicholas briefly tagged in before quickly tagging Strowman back. Strowman eventually pinned Cesaro after a Running Powerslam, giving the team the Raw Tag Team Championship and making Nicholas the youngest champion in WWE history.

The team lasted only one day. On Raw the following night, Strowman and Nicholas relinquished the championship because Nicholas was still in fourth grade and could not continue competing regularly. Their WrestleMania match remained their only match together as a team.
