All Out is an annual professional wrestling event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The series began on August 31, 2019, at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and became one of AEW’s regular pay-per-view events.
The inaugural show took place several weeks before the launch of AEW Dynamite and featured Chris Jericho defeating Adam Page to become the first AEW World Champion.
All Out followed the independent All In event held at the same arena in 2018, which helped lead to the formation of AEW the following year. The Chicago area remained the main home of All Out during its early years.
The 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2024 events were held at the same Hoffman Estates arena, later renamed NOW Arena, while the 2023 event took place at the United Center in Chicago.
The 2020 event was moved to Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was held with a limited-capacity crowd as AEW began allowing fans back into its events. All Out returned to the Chicago area in 2021 after AEW resumed regular touring.
For its first five years, All Out was traditionally held during or around Labor Day weekend. AEW moved the 2024 event to the following weekend, beginning a shift away from that schedule.
The series also expanded beyond the United States in 2025 when All Out was held at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, making it the first All Out held in Canada and the first non-pandemic edition to take place outside the Chicago area.
All Out returned to the Chicago area in 2026, with the event scheduled for September 26 at NOW Arena. The series continues as one of AEW’s annual pay-per-view events, featuring major championship matches and storylines from across the promotion.
