Chelsea Green

Chelsea Green is a Canadian professional wrestler known for her charisma, comedic timing, and solid in‑ring fundamentals. She began her career in 2014 on the Canadian indie scene under names like Jaida and Chelsea, quickly building a reputation for technical ability and high‑energy matches.

She rose to prominence in Impact Wrestling as Laurel Van Ness, a snobbish, entitled heel who captured the Impact Knockouts Championship and later the Impact Knockouts Tag Team Championship with Deonna Purrazzo. During this period she also wrestled for Ring of Honor, NWA, and World Wonder Ring Stardom, showcasing her versatility across styles.

Green joined WWE in 2018, initially on NXT, then the main roster, but injuries and a 2021 release briefly derailed her WWE run. She returned in 2023 with a “Karen‑inspired” comedic persona that resonated with fans, leading to her first WWE title as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion with Sonya Deville.

In 2024, she made history by winning the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Championship, becoming a two‑time holder and front‑running heel on SmackDown while leading the faction The Green Regime.
