Career Summary

Nick Aldis is a British heavyweight known for promos and reliable heel work. He broke out in TNA/Impact as Magnus, first teaming with Doug Williams as The British Invasion and later with Samoa Joe, winning the World Tag Team Championship before moving into singles.

In December 2013, he won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, becoming the company’s first English world champion.

After TNA, Aldis held the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship twice from 2017 to 2021. He defended the title across NWA and independent events against Cody, Tim Storm, and Trevor Murdoch, among others.
